Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the THoTH website, demo requests, and the restaurant technology services presented across our platform.

Effective date:11 May 2026

1. Scope of the services

THoTH provides software and digital tools for restaurants, cafes, and food-service businesses. The website may describe or promote features such as Point of Sale (POS), Kitchen Display System (KDS), Delivery Management System (DMS), Waiter Management System (WMS), QR ordering, reporting, and related support services.

Website content is provided for informational, marketing, onboarding, and customer-contact purposes. Some services may later be governed by separate commercial agreements, subscription terms, proposals, or implementation documents.

2. Information you submit

When you submit a demo request, contact request, or similar form, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

Based on the current website flow, THoTH may collect business and contact details such as your full name, phone number, email address, business type, business name, number of branches, requested modules, and optional notes or messages.

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Business type and business name
  • Number of branches or locations
  • Requested modules such as POS, KDS, DMS, WMS, or additional services
  • Free-text notes you choose to share

3. Product data and operational use

The THoTH platform is designed to support restaurant operations. Depending on the products you use, the services may process order details, menu data, table status, kitchen workflow information, delivery status, payment method selection, and customer details entered by your staff or customers.

For example, some described flows may capture customer name and phone number, support QR-based ordering, route orders to the kitchen, track delivery activity, or generate invoices and receipts. You are responsible for ensuring that your business has the legal right to collect and use any customer data you place into the system.

4. Payments, subscriptions, and commercial terms

Pricing, subscriptions, implementation fees, and support levels may vary by plan, feature set, branch count, or commercial agreement. Prices shown on the website are for general guidance unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If you enter into a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees according to the invoice, proposal, subscription package, or other written commercial terms provided by THoTH.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or services. This includes attempting unauthorized access, uploading harmful code, interfering with platform performance, copying protected materials without permission, or using the services in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The THoTH brand, website content, software interfaces, documentation, visuals, text, and related materials are owned by THoTH or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected materials except as allowed by law or written permission.

7. Integrations and third-party services

Some workflows may rely on third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, communication providers, mapping tools, analytics tools, or external ordering channels. THoTH is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service limitations imposed by those third parties.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the website and services available and useful, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, internet outages, or third-party disruptions may affect availability from time to time.

Support response times may depend on your package, support channel, and the severity of the issue.

9. Warranties and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and related information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. THoTH does not guarantee that the site will always be error-free, fully uninterrupted, or suitable for every business scenario.

THoTH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption damages arising from use of the website or services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Privacy and data handling

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Where the platform is used to collect restaurant-customer data, operational data, or business records, each party remains responsible for its own legal obligations relating to privacy, consent, retention, and data accuracy.

11. Changes to these terms

THoTH may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or business updates. Continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

12. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, pricing, data handling, or your use of THoTH services, please contact us through the official contact channels listed on the website.
